Gulf - Potential Co Ltd.

GULF POTENTIAL LTD. was established in 1999 as a Joint Venture between POTENTIAL ENGINEERS (PVT.) LTD. of Pakistan and ALI H. Al-GHAMDI EST. of Saudi Arabia. The Purpose of forming the joint venture is to conduct construction business in the field of sub-stations, Transmission Lines and Distribution networks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Pakistani affiliate of the Joint Venture, POTENTIAL ENGINEERS LTD. is a company, run by Engineering and Construction professionals at the owners and at the management level. They have a proven record, in Pakistan, of undertaking power Transmission Line Projects up to 500 K.V. and Sub-Stations up to 220 K.AV. Voltage level. In addition, the company has executed a number of projects relating to distribution network & rural electrification. POTENTIAL ENGINEERS LTD. is also engaged in supply of Power Generation Plants and Plant / Equipment / Materials for Telecommunication, Transmission Lines, Grid Stations and Distribution networks. Besides construction activity, POTENTIAL ENGINEERS LTD. owns and runs two plants for manufacturing Pre-Stressed Concrete Poles in Pakistan. These concrete poles produced by these plants have been widely used in Rural Electrification Projects through the Pakistan.

With the establishment support provided by the Saudi affiliate ALI H. AL-GHAMDI EST. and the GULF POTENTIAL CO. LTD. have been seeking enterprise in the fields of Transmission Line and Sub-Stations. The company is registered with the Saudi Electricity Company in all the regions and with the Saudi Aramco. They have recently been awarded a sizable project for 115 K.V. Transmission Line Project in the Eastern Province. Another similar project in the Western Region is also awaiting the award.

GULF POTENTIAL LTD. has the support of both the parent companies in all respects and as such, it has the required technical expertise and adequate resources in shape of equipment, manpower and transport to undertake projects of Transmission Lines, sub-stations and distribution networks of any size and volume in the Kingdom.Top
